The Leaderboard makes it easy for your employees to see who is responsible for sending out the most review requests and generating the most reviews for your business.
Getting Started With the Leaderboard
To get started using the leaderboard, navigate to the Review Requests page in the dashboard:
You will see a button that says “Leaderboard” in the top right corner of the Review Requests page, clicking this button will take you to the Leaderboard page:
On the Leaderboard page, you will see a list of all of your employees who have points in the given time period. Points on the leaderboard are based on the number of review requests sent by a user and the number of matched reviews that have been matched as a result of their review requests.
View the Full Screen Leaderboard
Clicking on the “Launch Full Screen” button will open a larger and more colorful view of the leaderboard that can be viewed by anyone, whether or not they are logged into the Consumer Fusion dashboard. This makes it easy to display your leaderboard on a TV, or any other screen that you may want to display it on.
On the Full Screen View, you can select a date range to display, and the Refresh button will refresh the data on the board to show the most up to date scores:
