Keeping track of the topics and overall sentiment of your reviews is simple and intuitive with our review listening feature. You can quickly gain an understanding of what topics your customers mention in their reviews, and how many of your reviews have a positive or negative sentiment. 


How to Use Review Listening

To use the review listening feature, navigate to the Review Listening page under the Reputation tab in the dashboard: 



You should see a page that has details about how many of your reviews have a positive, mixed, or negative sentiment, as well as the top categories mentioned in the reviews: 



You can easily select which locations and what timeframe you want to be represented in the report using the dropdowns at the top of the page: 



Further down the page, you can see a breakdown of review volume, sentiment, and topics for each category: 



If you click on the View All link next to the subjects listed, you will see the full list of subjects for a given category: 




You can also click the View Reviews button to see all of the reviews that contained a particular topic: 



You can also see a list of the top keywords that appear in all of your reviews by clicking on the Top Keywords button at the top of the page:
