Connecting a Facebook account in the Consumer Fusion dashboard is easy, and once it is completed you will be able to pull in information and respond to Facebook reviews, as well as publish posts to Facebook. 


How to Connect a Facebook Account in Consumer Fusion

To connect a Facebook account, first open a separate browser window and ensure that you are logged out of Facebook. This is an important step to complete before proceeding so that there is no interference from being logged into an existing Facebook account. 


Next, go to the settings page of the dashboard by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner: 



Next, click on the Social Media Settings option in the Social Media Items section of the navigation menu on the left of the page: 



The first tab of the Social Media Settings page should be for Facebook, and you will need to click on the Connect Facebook Account link at the top of the page: 




This will open a pop-up window from Facebook that prompts you to log in to your Facebook account. You will need to log into an account that has permission to manage the Facebook page that you’d like to connect. Note: We highly recommend logging out of Facebook in your browser before attempting to complete this step.


 



Follow the steps in the pop up window to grant access to the page(s) that you want to connect to your Consumer Fusion account. The first step will be to choose the businesses that you want Consumer Fusion to access, we recommend selecting the first option to “Opt in all current and future Businesses”


The next step is to select the Facebook pages that you would like Consumer Fusion to have access to. Similarly to the last step, we recommend the firstion option to “Opt in all current and future Pages”


On the next step, you can choose to also grant access to Instagram accounts as well. If you want to do so, select to “Opt in all current and future Instagram accounts” 


The final page you will see will be a confirmation step. Once this process is complete, click on the “Connect Facebook Page” option for the business in Consumer Fusion that you want to connect a Facebook page to: 



You will see the Select Page window that lists all of the Facebook pages that your account has permissions for on Facebook, and you can select the one that you would like to connect. Once you have selected the right Facebook page, click the Save button. 




Once you have successfully connect the page, the status should update to “Connected”



You can repeat this process for any other business locations you manage on Consumer Fusion that you would like to connect a Facebook page to.
