Flagging a review as a priority to dispute can be helpful when you want to ensure that our team pays special attention to a particularly problematic review for your business. This is an option for any business that has negative review removal included in their plan with Consumer Fusion. Flagging reviews is easy, and can be completed from two different pages in the dashboard.

Flagging Reviews from the Real Time Reviews Page

The Real Time Reviews page shows you a list of new reviews as they are posted to directory sites. It can be found under the Reputation tab in the main navigation:

To flag a review from the Real Time Reviews page, simply click on the flag icon that appears in the Priority column of the table:

You also have the option of leaving a comment when you flag the review, in case you want to call out any specific details for the Consumer Fusion team.

Once a review has been flagged, the Consumer Fusion team will be able to see that it has been flagged and will take action to dispute it as quickly as possible.

Flagging Reviews from the All Real Time Reviews Page in Settings

Another place that you can flag reviews from is the All Real Time Reviews page under the Settings section of the dashboard. This is similar to the Real Time Reviews page, except that it will show reviews for all locations in your account if you manage more than one location on Consumer Fusion.

To get to the All Real Time Reviews Page, first click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard:

Next, select the All Real Time Reviews page under the Reviews section in the menu on the left:

The rest of the process after this point is the same as on the Real Time Reviews page mentioned above. To flag a review from the All Real Time Reviews page, simply click on the flag icon that appears in the Priority column of the table:

You also have the option of leaving a comment when you flag the review, in case you want to call out any specific details for the Consumer Fusion team.

Once a review has been flagged, the Consumer Fusion team will be able to see that it has been flagged and will take action to dispute it as quickly as possible.
