Information about reviews can be found on a few different pages in the Consumer Fusion dashboard. Each view shows different information about your online reviews that is useful in different ways.
Home Page
The home page of the dashboard shows a handful of different metrics about your reviews. The numbers that appear in this section are a summary for the given time period and the locations selected at the top of the page.
Key metrics that the home page lists are:
Total Reviews: The total number of reviews across all directories.
Average Rating: The average star rating of all reviews across all directories.
Total Reviews Matched: The amount of reviews where the user who left the review has been matched to one of your review generation actions from Consumer Fusion.
Real Time Reviews: The number of new reviews that were posted in the selected timeframe, counted as new reviews are posted.
New Completed Feedbacks: The number of feedback forms completed in the selected timeframe.
Negatives Reviewed: The number of negative reviews that have been removed from all tracked directories in the selected timeframe.
Reputation Pages
Reputation - Summary
The reputation summary shows a report of reviews and ratings for a given time period across all review sources for a business, and can be found under the Reputation tab in the dashboard.
Key metrics that the Reputation Summary page shows are:
Total Reviews: The total number of reviews across all directories.
Average Rating: The average star rating of all reviews across all directories.
New Reviews: The number of new reviews that were posted in the selected timeframe, counted as the sum of all reviews across directories.
Total Review Sources: The count of how many directories or other sources the business has.
Reputation - Real Time Reviews
The Real Time Reviews page lists reviews that are discovered in real time as they are posted online, and can be found under the Reputation tab in the dashboard.
Some reviews may be taken down over time, and the Real Time Reviews page shows all reviews that have previously been posted after our system originally detected them in real time (for this reason, the number of Real Time Reviews may differ from the current total review count).
You can search the list of Real Time Reviews filtered by certain fields, like Directory, Star Rating, Review User, Review Text, and Reply Status.
Each Real Time Review lists specific details about the review:
Directory: The directory site that the review was posted on.
Review Date: The date that the review was posted.
Star Rating: The numerical rating of the review.
Review Text: The text of the review (if any).
Removal Probability: The likelihood that the review would be removed if it were disputed.
Review Match: Whether or not the review user has been matched to a user who Consumer Fusion helped to generate a review for.
Priority: Whether or not the review has been flagged for the Consumer Fusion team to dispute.
View All Real Time Reviews (Multiple Locations)
The All Real Time Reviews page lists reviews that are discovered in real time as they are posted online, and allows you to see all Real Time Reviews for any businesses that your user account has access to in one list.
Other than being able to see Real Time Reviews across all businesses, the All Real Time Reviews page has the same search and filtering capabilities as the Real Time Reviews page under the Reputation tab.
