1. Login to the Consumer Fusion dashboard with your email and password and you’ll be directed to the home screen.

  2. On the home screen, you’ll see a widget that shows the amount of removed reviews so far this year. 

  3. Click the “view all” link to take you to the “Removed Reviews” tab that will show you all reviews removed for that location. 

  4. If your account has access to multiple locations, the green “view for all locations” button appears and clicking that will take you to a view to see all removed reviews for all locations. *note you can also access this screen by clicking the settings icon > click reviews from the left navigation > and then you land at “all removed reviews”

  5. With this view, you’re able to filter by directory or review text. Clicking the green search button will filter the results. 

  6. You can also filter results by date range. Click “this year” to display the calendar selector and select a predefined time range or select a custom date range. 

  7. You can also download the list as a CSV file if you want to use the data to generate your own report in Excel or Google Sheets.
