The Fusion Score is an overall measure of your business's online presence, combining your Review Score, Listings Score, and Social Media Score into a single metric. A higher Fusion Score indicates a stronger overall digital presence across these key areas.
How to Use the Fusion Score
From the home page of the Consumer Fusion dashboard, you'll see your Fusion Score displayed as the first metric. Alongside it, you'll also see your Review Score, Listings Score, and Social Media Score, which are the three scores used to calculate your overall Fusion Score.

Click View More on any of these scores to see additional details, review recommendations, and actionable steps you can take to improve that specific score.

Clicking View More next to the Fusion Score will take you to the Fusion Score Summary page. Here, you can view a breakdown of the Fusion Score, Review Score, Listings Score, and Social Media Score for each business in your account.

By improving your Review Score, Listings Score, and Social Media Score, you'll increase your overall Fusion Score and strengthen your business's online presence. Regularly reviewing recommendations and taking action across each area will help you maximize your Fusion Score over time.
