How To Set Up Custom Review Request Link


Our review requests automatically link off to a page that lists all of your preferred directories, but sometimes it can be preferable to link off directly to a single review directory if you are only focusing on one directory instead of several. Custom review request links allow you to do exactly that. 


To set up a custom review request link, follow these steps: 


  1. Navigate to the dashboard.

  1. Click on "Review Requests" under the Reputation tab.

  1. Click "Settings" on the top right side of the page.

  1. Click "Setup" next to SMS Message in the Message Settings area on the right side of the page.

  1. Add the link that you would like to use into the "Custom Link" field. This link will appear directly in the SMS message that is sent to users instead of the default Directory Page link.

  1. Click "Save" to save your Custom Link.
