Net Promoter Score surveys are a great way of keeping a pulse on your customers, and NPS analytics make it easy to track your NPS score over time. Accessing NPS analytics in the Consumer Fusion dashboard is simple, and once you start sending NPS surveys you will be able to monitor performance and understand trends in your NPS score. 


NPS Analytics in the Dashboard

To get to the NPS Analytics page, first navigate to the NPS page by clicking on the NPS option from the dropdown in the header menu of the site under Reputation: 



From the NPS page, click on the Analytics option in the toggle button on the top left of the page: 



Once on the NPS Analytics page, you will see graphs that summarize your NPS performance for the selected time period. 


There is a helpful summary that breaks down how net promoter score is calculated (% promoters - % detractors = net promoter score):



A pie chart shows the number and percentage of promoters, passives, and detractors: 




The line graph at the bottom shows the NPS trend over the selected time period:
