Google allows anyone to post a question for your business on your Google listing, and Consumer Fusion will display these questions and allow you to respond to them from within our dashboard as long as your Google account is connected.

Ensure Your Google Account is Connected
To see Google Questions for your business, first make sure that you have your Google account connected in your Consumer Fusion dashboard. You can skip this step if you know that your Google My Business account has already been connected. To connect Google My Business, go to the Settings page in the dashboard.
Next, go to the Social Media Settings page in the left navigation.
From the Social Media Settings page, click on the Google My Business tab to check if your Google My Business account is connected.
If your Google My Business account is not yet connected, click on the Connect button and follow the steps to connect your account.
Viewing and Replying to Google Questions
After your Google account is connected, your Google Questions should appear on the Google Q&A page in the Reputation section of the dashboard. To get there, click on Google Q&A under the reputation tab:
The Google Q&A page lists all of the Google questions that your business has received. You can also select multiple locations to view Google questions and answers for using the location selector on the top right.
To reply to a question, simply click on the button next to the question that you want to reply to, it will say Reply if there is not yet a reply or View Answers if there is already a reply.
You can write your answer to the question and submit it from here.
You can also subscribe to notifications to be alerted any time you receive a new Google Question. To subscribe to notifications for Google Questions, first navigate to the settings page of the dashboard.
Next go to the Notification Settings page using the menu on the left side of the page.
On the notifications settings page, select which type of notifications you would like to receive for Google Questions.
