Replying to reviews is an essential part of maintaining a great online reputation, and AI generated review replies make it simple and easy to reply to all of the reviews you receive from the Consumer Fusion dashboard.
How to Use AI Generated Review Replies
To generate a review reply, first navigate to the Real Time Reviews page under the Reputation tab in the dashboard navigation to see the full list of reviews for your business.
The next step is to find a review that you’d like to reply to from the list of reviews on the page, and then click on the Reply button on the right side of the page for that review.
You will see a modal open with details of the review and an option to reply. Just above the text box where you can write your reply, there is an option to Generate Reply.
Click on the Generate Reply option and you will see an AI generated reply that is tailored to this specific review appear in the text box below, it may take up to 30 seconds for the reply to appear. Make sure to read through the reply and make any desired edits before posting it.
