1. If you want to include a unique email and/or phone number for your public review response templates, click the settings link.

  2. You’ll then see a list of locations you have access to and a field for email and phone number. 

  3. Add in the email and phone number you want to use for direct customer issues or complaints and click save.

  4. Now this phone number and email will populate in your review responses if the dynamic field is included in the template.
