It’s important to reply to reviews that your business receives in order to maintain a positive online reputation, and response templates are a quick and easy way to respond to similar types of reviews. Once you set up response templates, you will be able to choose one of them when responding to reviews or setting up automated review responses. 


Setting up Response Templates

We recommend using several different templates per star rating so that your replies are varied. By default, your dashboard will be configured with many different templates after you sign up, and you can add or edit any additional templates that you want to use. 


To set up response templates, first click on the settings gear icon in the upper right area of the Consumer Fusion dashboard. 



Then, from the settings menu click on the option for Response Templates in the list of options on the left: 




From this page, you can see all of the response templates for your account. When you first sign up, you should have a default set of response templates, which you can edit or delete. You can also add your own templates as well. 



To add a new response template, click on the “+ Add New Template” button at the top of the Response Templates page. 



Add a title for your template, and then write out the message for the template. 




You can use the placeholder dropdown to select placeholder text that will populate based on the data in our system. 




Once you are done customizing your message, simply click the Save button and your template is ready to use. You will see your templates appear as an option when you go to reply to reviews on the Real Time Reviews page.
