Send surveys to your customers with the Consumer Fusion Dashboard. Follow the steps below to start sending surveys today or view our tutorial on how to send surveys with our Mobile App.
1) Log into the dashboard: https://app.consumerfusion.com (You will need your Login Email & Password)
2) Once you're logged in, click "Send Review Request" or the small blue paper airplane (depending on what device you're using) in the top navigation to go directly to the review tool form.
3) Next, you will see the "Send Review Request" form. Here you will fill out your customer's First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address. You only need to fill out an Email Address OR a Phone Number, either one will work. If you have both, we recommend sending to both
4) Once you've filled out the information, click on the green "Send" button. The form will reset and clear out for the next entry.
